Memodyne refund policy

This is the formal wording. The plain-language walkthrough is on the guarantee page, and the two say the same thing.

1. The window

Every Memodyne order placed through memodyneofficial.com carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. The period is counted from the date the carrier records delivery, not from the date the order was placed. Requests received after the sixtieth day fall outside this policy.

2. Condition of returned product

Opened, part-used and unopened bottles are all accepted. All bottles from the order, including empties, should be returned together. There is no restocking fee.

3. Starting a claim

Email orders@memodyneofficial.com from the address used at checkout, quoting the order number. Return instructions are issued by reply, normally the same business day. Do not return product without those instructions; parcels sent to an unlisted address cannot be matched to an order.

4. What is refunded

The product price paid, in full. Where an original shipping charge applied, on the two-bottle starter, that charge is not refunded. Return postage is the customer's responsibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method by the manufacturer's contracted retailer, typically within five to seven business days of the returned parcel being received; your bank may add its own settlement period.

5. Limits

This policy applies to Memodyne purchases made through this portal. Purchases made through any other seller were not processed by us and cannot be refunded by us. One guarantee claim is available per household on repeat orders of the same product. Refunds cannot be redirected to a payment method other than the original.

6. Damaged, lost and incorrect orders

These are handled outside the guarantee and without a return. A parcel confirmed lost by the carrier is reshipped or refunded in full at the customer's choice. Damaged or incorrect product is replaced on receipt of photographs showing the problem alongside the packing slip.

7. Cancellations

An unshipped order may be cancelled in full by emailing support immediately after placing it. Once the parcel is in the carrier's possession it must be handled as a return under section 3.

8. Changes to this policy

Any revision applies to orders placed after it is published here. The terms in force at the moment of your purchase are the terms that govern it. This policy does not affect statutory rights available to consumers under applicable United States law.
