Memodyne portal privacy notice

Short version: this portal is a set of static pages. It does not run accounts, it does not take payments, and it does not build a profile of you.

Who is responsible

What this site collects

The pages you are reading are static files. There is no account system, no login, no comment section and no advertising pixel. Standard web server logs record the requesting IP address, the page requested, the timestamp and the browser user agent, as every web server does; these are used for security and for basic traffic counts, and are not linked to a named individual by us.

The contact form

The form on the contact page does not submit to a server here. It opens your own email application with the fields filled in, so nothing reaches us until you press send in your mail client. What you send us then lives in our support mailbox and is used only to answer you.

Checkout and payment data

Memodyne orders are taken by the manufacturer's contracted checkout partner on its own systems. We never see, receive or store card numbers, security codes or bank details. The order information we can access is limited to what support needs: name, delivery address, email, order number and order contents. We will never ask you for a full card number, a CVV or a password by email, telephone or message, and any communication that does is not from us.

Cookies

This portal sets no tracking or advertising cookies. The offer bar at the foot of the page uses sessionStorage, a browser-local flag that remembers you dismissed it and is erased when you close the tab. It contains no identifier and is never transmitted anywhere.

Third parties

Two external services are involved in a normal visit: a font service that serves the typefaces, and the checkout partner if you choose to order. Outbound links to health authorities and reference sites open on those organisations' own domains under their own policies. We do not sell, rent or share personal information with anyone for marketing.

Retention

Support email is kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Server logs are rotated on a short cycle.

Your choices

You can ask what support correspondence we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Email the address above and we respond inside thirty days. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes may have additional rights, which we honour on request.

Children

Memodyne is sold to adults aged 18 and over. This portal is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

Revisions are published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes are noted at the top for a period after publication.
