Memodyne label facts: every ingredient and every dose
One capsule of Memodyne carries 665.5 mg of declared actives across seven lines. There is no proprietary blend, so the table below is a straight transcription of the printed panel rather than an interpretation of it.

Reading the panel line by line
Arginine, 400 mg across two forms
The panel lists L-arginine base at 200 mg and L-arginine AKG 2:1 extract at 200 mg. Both deliver arginine; the AKG form binds it to alpha-ketoglutarate, a metabolic intermediate, which is a common salt choice in this category. Adding the two lines gives 400 mg of arginine-derived material per capsule, though the free arginine yield from the AKG form is lower than its label weight because part of that weight is the AKG itself. Memodyne does not print the split, and we are not going to invent one.
Citrulline, 200 mg across two forms
L-citrulline HCl at 100 mg and L-citrulline malate at 100 mg. The malate form pairs citrulline with malic acid and is the version most often used in exercise research; the HCl form is the acid salt. The same caveat applies: the malate portion counts toward the 100 mg, so free citrulline is somewhat under it.
Beta alanine, 40 mg
Present, modest, and honestly labelled. Research on beta alanine typically uses daily amounts in the grams, so 40 mg is a fractional presence rather than a working dose. It appears here as a supporting amino acid, and Memodyne makes no performance claim on the strength of it.
Niacin, 7.5 mg NE, and calcium, 18 mg
These are the only two lines with an established Daily Value: 47 per cent for niacin, 1.5 per cent for calcium. Niacin at this amount is well inside normal intake and far below the level associated with flushing. The calcium is present as calcium carbonate and functions largely as a carrier in the capsule matrix.
How to take Memodyne
The printed direction is one capsule daily with an 8 oz glass of water, ideally 20 to 30 minutes before a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Most people find it easiest to anchor the capsule to a fixed daily event, since amino acid intake works cumulatively and a missed day is more disruptive than the time of day. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
The printed caution is standard for the category: not for pregnant or nursing mothers, not for children under 18, and anyone with a known medical condition should consult a physician before use. Do not use if the safety seal is damaged or missing. Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and light.
What the label does not tell you
Three things, and it is worth saying them plainly. The panel does not split the arginine AKG line into arginine and AKG, so the true free-arginine number is unknown. It does not state a standardised extract ratio beyond the 2:1 on the AKG line. And it does not carry allergen statements beyond the ingredient list itself, so if you react to capsule excipients, hypromellose and vegetable stearate are the two to check. Everything else on the bottle is quantified.
