What is Memodyne?

Does Memodyne contain caffeine?
No. There is no caffeine and no stimulant of any kind on the panel. That is why it does not produce the immediate lift people associate with a pre-workout or an energy drink.
Is there a proprietary blend?

How do I take Memodyne?

Either, as long as it is consistent. Amino acid intake works cumulatively, so the same time each day matters more than which time you pick.
Can I take two capsules?
No. The label direction is one capsule daily and the panel is built around that serving. Doubling it does not double anything useful.
What if I miss a day?
Take the next capsule at the normal time. Do not double up to compensate.
How long before I notice anything?
