Memodyne delivery, tracking and returns
Every Memodyne order leaves the fulfilment centre within one business day and reaches most United States addresses in three to six. Here is the detail behind that sentence.

Tracking your parcel
The dispatch email carries the tracking number and the carrier link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it is issued, which is normal and not a sign of a problem. If the number has not updated after two business days, email support with it and we will chase the carrier.
If the parcel is late, lost or damaged
Late is usually weather or a carrier backlog and resolves on its own. If tracking has genuinely stalled for more than five business days, contact support and we open a trace. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we reship the same Memodyne package at no cost, or refund it in full if you would rather not wait. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and the bottles before unpacking further and send the pictures with your order number; damaged goods are replaced without a return.
Wrong item or missing bottle
Rare, but it happens. Photograph what arrived alongside the packing slip and email it. We ship the correction immediately rather than waiting for the original to come back.
Returns under the 60-day guarantee
Returns run through the guarantee rather than through a separate returns desk. Email support inside 60 days of delivery with your order number, get the return address by reply, and send the bottles back with a tracked service. Opened bottles are accepted, there is no restocking fee, and the refund goes to the original card once the parcel is received. Return postage is the customer's cost. Address changes and cancellations
An order can be corrected or cancelled while it is still unshipped, which in practice means within a few hours of placing it. Email support immediately with the order number. Once the carrier has the parcel we cannot redirect it, and the answer becomes a return under the guarantee instead.
Packaging
Bottles ship in a plain outer carton with no product branding visible from outside, sealed with tamper-evident tape. Inside, each Memodyne bottle carries an induction seal under the cap and the lot code printed on the base. Check both against the published batch record when the parcel arrives.
